Quick service, friendly staff and I felt very taken care of!

I don’t go to the dentist as often as I should, and usually wait until I’m in agony and it’s absolutely necessary, so my appointment was booked as an emergency. I’d been up all night with toothache from a broken tooth. My own dentist is closed at weekends so came across this clinic online whilst googling ways to stop toothache. I was able to make my appointment online at 04:00, for a lunchtime appointment later that day. I received a courtesy call a few hours later to confirm the details.
The clinic itself is easy to get too, ample parking and really nice inside.
On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and was seen by Dr Suliman and Caitlin - all were really nice, gentle, and made a stressful experience feel very calm and relaxed. Dr Suliman listened to my medical history and suggested using an anaesthetic without adrenaline, due to a previous negative experience. This didn’t affect my treatment and it was quick, and virtually painless (even the injections!).
The price was expensive for an extraction but given it was an emergency appointment on a Saturday, it was inline with what I expected to pay for a private patient. Finance options were discussed and I didn’t feel any pressure to go ahead with anything and there was no hard sell for any other treatments. They offer 0% interest over 12 months if needed.
I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs an urgent appointment and don’t want to faff around with 111.

I phoned this morning whilst on holiday with excruciating pain - the gentleman on the phone was kind and compassionate and managed to fit me in at lunch time.
Dr Suliman the dentist and Caitlyn the nurse were both lovely. Dr Suliman explained everything thoroughly to make me feel less anxious.

Rang and got an appointment straight away after my veneer broke. Dr. Zain did an amazing job fixing my tooth, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'm so grateful for the prompt care and excellent treatment. Thank you so much!
